Chief Executive Officer
Jimmy serves as CEO, leading the EBSCO Real Estate investment platform and portfolio. Jimmy is responsible for decisions and relationships related to multifamily investing, active adult partnerships, industrial real estate ventures, and all income-producing real estate investment asset classes.
With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Jimmy is recognized for his strategic vision and leadership in the industry. His extensive background in business development aligns perfectly with EBSCO’s commitment to excellence and growth.
Before joining EBSCO Industries, Jimmy co-founded Stout Ventures and previously served as Executive Vice-Chair of Cushman & Wakefield. He has successfully built top-performing teams, led many high-impact projects, and expanded real estate portfolios through key initiatives. His ability to foster collaborative environments and drive sustainable growth has shown positive contributions and created a strong record of accomplishment.
Jimmy lives in Birmingham with his wife and three children. He has been actively involved with the Alabama Chapter of ULI, Alabama Center for Real Estate, the Alys Stephens Center, and the Committee for the Future at the Children’s Hospital of Alabama.

Michael has been with EBSCO since 2023, supporting the growth of the company’s multifamily, active adult, and industrial portfolios. His focuses are acquisitions and development, building relationships across the industry, conducting financial analysis and underwriting, and guiding portfolio and market strategy. Michael also oversees the company’s mitigation banking portfolio.

William has worked in multifamily investment and development since 2019 and joined EBSCO in 2025. He supports the growth and strategic direction of the company’s multifamily, active adult, and industrial investments by sourcing new opportunities, conducting deal analysis and underwriting, and advancing acquisitions and development initiatives. William also assists with debt execution and investment reporting. He holds a BS in Agriculture Economics from Auburn University and an MS in Commerce from the University of Virginia.

Andrew has five years of experience in multifamily, student housing, and build-to-rent development. Joining EBSCO in 2024, his work centers around financial analysis and underwriting, market research and due diligence, and supporting transactions across the portfolio. He also contributes to portfolio management and helps source new investment opportunities.

Adam brings 25 years of industry experience and has been with EBSCO since 2019. He leads the asset management team and oversees operations, budgeting, financial performance, and major third-party partnerships, ensuring strong portfolio execution across all assets. Adam also advises on acquisitions and dispositions and manages long-term relationships with vendors and lenders.

With 36 years in multifamily housing, Rich brings operational and portfolio expertise to EBSCO, where he has worked since 2021. He oversees property performance by monitoring third-party management, evaluating market and development activity, and guiding financial and operational strategies that optimize Net Operating Income and long-term value, while supporting due diligence, asset preservation initiatives, and preparation for future disposition opportunities.

Rhonda has been with EBSCO for 18 years and plays a key role in transaction support and compliance. She coordinates acquisitions and refinances, reviews entity and lender documentation, and ensures portfolio compliance across contracts, reserves, and loan requirements. Rhonda holds a BS in Psychology, completed a Paralegal program in 1995, and is an Advanced Certified Paralegal with specialized training in real estate.

Shawn joined EBSCO in 2024, bringing 13 years of experience in real estate. He oversees capital planning and execution for asset improvements, manages key vendor relationships, and supports preservation and long-term performance across the portfolio.

Jason brings more than 21 years of multifamily experience to his role as Asset Manager at EBSCO. His background spans garden, mid-rise, mixed-use, student, lease-up, and value-add communities, combining operational leadership with data-driven strategy to strengthen performance, support revenue growth, and guide long-term asset planning. Jason previously held executive and regional leadership roles with nationally recognized real estate organizations and holds a North Carolina Broker-In-Charge license.
